Robbery, Burglary (could be armed)
On October 29th, 2025, the victim made a large purchase of liquor and cigarettes at Costco to restock a liquor store that he owns. Two suspects followed the victim from Costco to his business. In the parking lot of the victims business, the suspects broke the rear window of the victims vehicle and stole approximately $2,293.31 worth of cigarettes. when the victim confronted the suspects, he was punched in the face one time and the suspects reached for their waistband as if they had a concealed weapon. In fear, the victim retreated back inside his business and the suspects fled in a vehicle westbound on El Camino Avenue. Their vehicle appeared to be a newer model dark grey Jeep Compass with no front license plate and a rear “Carvana” license plate. Suspect 1 race and sex are unknown, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled up, a red baseball hat, white snowboarding goggles, grey sweatpants, and black gloves. The front of the sweatshirt had illegible writing in white print and a cartoon character in white print on the back. Suspect 2 was a Black male adult wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled up, black sweatpants with an unknown white logo on the left pant leg, sunglasses, a dark colored baseball hat, and black-and-white sneakers and printed on the front of the sweatshirt was an unknown logo or design in white print.
