On 10/16/18 at approximately 1840 hours, Suspect #1 entered One Stop Beauty Supply at 7244 Franklin Blvd in Sacramento, California. Suspect #1 made a purchase with a 100 dollar bill. The victim gave Suspect #1 the wrong change. Suspect #1 left and came back with Suspect #2 and confronted him about the change. The victim checked the 100 dollar bill under the currency light detector and discovered the bill was fraudulent. The victim asked the Suspects for his merchandise back. When they refused, he called the police. Suspect #1 exited the store and got into an older white 4 door Jaguar awaiting in the parking lot. Suspect #2 grabbed the Coach purse from the cash register counter belonging to the victim’s wife and ran outside to the awaiting Jaguar. The victim ran after Suspect #2 and grabbed her while she was getting into the Jaguar. Suspect #2 started kicking the victim to get him off. The driver of the vehicle (Suspect #3) backed the vehicle out of the parking stall and drove off causing the victim to fall. The victim sustained various minor scrapes to his arms and legs.

The Coach purse that was taken was brown in color and contained $250 cash, a Nigerian ID card and a medical card with the name of Juliet Aiyegboin on it
