8/24/2010 - Crime Alert Tip #10-042, Theft by means of access card, CHPD

The Citrus Heights Police Department is currently seeking the community’s help in identifying the subject in the attached photo.

On 07-13-10, the unknown suspect used the victim’s ATM/credit card at the Bank of America, 6954 Sunrise Boulevard, to withdraw funds from the victim’s bank account without permission.

Suspect is described as White female adult, 20-30 years old, long dark-colored hair.

8/24/2010 - Crime Alert Tip #10-043, Burglary, CHPD

The Citrus Heights Police Department is currently seeking the community’s help in identifying the subject in the attached photo.

On 08-01-10, the suspect returned to the business at 6009 Auburn Boulevard several times between 2:00 AM and 6:15 AM.  The suspect wore a shirt over his face as he knew there are external security cameras.  Suspect removed a ground-level glass window to a doctor’s office and made entry.  A pillow was removed from the office and left outside in front of the point of entry.  Suspect removed the security camera in the corner above the doctor’s office.

Suspect:   Hispanic male adult in his 30s to early 40s with dark-colored hair, approximately 5’ 10” with slender to medium build.  Wore wrist watch with leather band, with the watch piece on the bottom side of the wrist (upside down). Tattoo “W.K.” on top webbing portion of left hand.  Left shoulder and most of his arm “sleeved” with tattoos.

8/16/2010 - Crime Alert Tip #10-041, Felony Assault, Stabbing

The Sacramento Police  Department Felony Assault Unit is currently seeking the community`s help in identifying the suspect in the attached photo (suspect #1).

On 07-04-10, at 1220 hours, the victim was approached by two suspects in the area of 29th and "R" Streets.  A short verbal altercation occurred.  Both suspects pulled knives out of their backpacks.  The victim was stabbed more than once.  One suspect ran north, the other ran south on 30th Street.

Suspect #1: Male White, 6` tall, 190 pounds, tie-dyed T-shirt, red or orange colored baseball cap, dark sunglasses, and distinctive design on back pack.

Suspect #2: Male Hispanic or Indian, 5` 8" tall, 160 pounds, shoulder-length dark hair.

8/9/2010 - Crime Alert Tip #10-039, Passing Stolen/Forged Checks, CHPD

The Citrus Heights Police Department is seeking the community`s assistance in identifying the suspect in the photo.

The suspect, described as a white female, late 20`s, 5` 05", 175-220 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, has been passing stolen/forged checks in the name of Ann Carathima, aka Conow, of Carmichael, California.  Checks have been passed or attempted in Citrus Heights, Sacramento, and Roseville.  This suspect may be associated with Tyler Hernandez, who is in custody at Sacramento County Jail for numerous charges.

8/9/2010 - Crime Alert Tip #10-040, Burglary, Airsoft Extreme, CHPD

The Citrus Heights Police Department is seeking the community`s assistance in identifying the suspect in the photo.

On 08-05-2010 at approximately 6:40 PM, the suspect broke into Airsoft Extreme, a store which specializes in sales of non-firearm guns designed to shoot airsoft pellets.  The suspect entered the establishment through the roof of the building.  Once inside the store, the suspect stole 9 replica-style airsoft pistols, then fled the location.

The suspect is described as a white male, 5` 09" to 5` 10" (older in age), light facial hair above the chin, with an athletic build.

7/27/2010 - Crime Alert Tip, Unknown 10-037, 530.5 Identity Theft SSD

The Sacramento Sheriff`s Department is seeking the community`s help in identifying the suspect in the attached photo.

Two unknown females and one unknown male have been passing fictitious checks on the victim`s bank account in stores in Sacramento County. The attached photo depicts one of the two females.

7/27/2010 - Crime Alert Tip, Unknown 10-038, 211 CVS SPD

The Sacramento Police Neighborhood Crimes Unit is seeking the community`s help in identifying the suspect in the attached photo.

07-17-10, 1705 hrs. The suspect entered the CVS Pharmacy, 400 Howe Avenue and demanded "oxy" from the pharmacist while displaying a hand gun in his waistband. Suspect took the medication and fled on foot in an unknown direction.

SUSPECT: Male Black, late 20`s, 5`-9", 200+ pounds, black beard and mustache, wearing what appeared to be prescription eye glasses, black baseball cap with unknown logo on top, black short sleeve shirt with a blue and white abstract design on the shoulders and neck area and armed with an unkown type of handgun.

7/13/2010 - Crime Alert Tip 10-036, 211 PC Robbery on Light Rail, SPD

The suspect in the attached photo was involved in a robbery of a cell phone that occurred on the light rail on 05-28-10, (SPD 10-157614).

The suspect is described as a Male Black, mid teens to early 20`s, thin build, wearing a dark Oakland A`s base ball cap with a lighter colored "A`s" logo on the front of the cap, brown jacket with dark hooded sweatshirt underneath the jacket, and blue denim pants.

6/29/2010 - Crime Alert Tip 10-034 211 US Bank, RC

SUSPECT  HAS  BEEN  IDENTIFIED  AND  ARRESTED

The Sacramento Sheriff`s Department is seeking the community`s help in identifiying the subject in the attached photo.

06-28-10, 01:22 PM - the unknown suspect entered US Bank at 11111 Olson Drive in Rancho Cordova. He demanded money. The suspect was given a dye pack that exploded when he was leaving. This may have caused his skin or clothing to be stained with orange dye.

The suspect is described as a MBA, approx. 30 years old, with a goatee, black sun glasses, wearing a gray "Raiders" base ball cap, a  black short sleeve t-shirt with a light-colored design in the front.

6/15/2010 - Crime Alert Tip #10-032, Residential Burglary, Elk Grove PD

The Elk Grove Police Department is seeking the community`s help in identifying the subject in the attached photo.

On 06-03-2010, the suspect attempted to use a stolen credit card (which was taken during a residential burglary) at an ATM machine located at the Patelco Credit Union, 9121 East Stockton Blvd.  The transaction was denied, and the unidentified individual fled the location.

Surveillance photographs revealed the suspect is described as a male adult of unknown race, approximately 20 to 30 years of age, with a full beard, wearing a red bandana and dark-colored jacket.

6/15/2010 - Crime Alert Tip # 10-033, Att. Armed Robbery, Jimboy`s Tacos, SPD

The Sacramento Police Department is seeking the community`s help in identifying the suspect in the attached photo.  The suspect is wanted for an attempted armed robbery at Jimboy`s Tacos, 5085 Stockton Boulevard, in Sacramento.

On 05-14-20, the suspect approached the drive-thru window on foot.  He attempted to rob the business with a black semi-automatic handgun.

The suspect is described as a male Black adult, 30 years of age, 6` tall, 210 pounds, with short black hair.  He wore a large dark-striped shirt, and dark baggy jeans.

6/8/2010 - Crime Alert Tip # 10-031, 459 PC at 5050 Folsom Blvd., SPD

The Sacramento Police Department is seeking the community`s help in identifying the subject in the attach photo who burglarized a salon at 5050 Folsom Blvd.

02/10/10, between 9:30 and 9:45 AM the suspect walked into the treatment room and took a purse belonging to one of the employees and left the business with the purse.

Suspect is described as; Male White or Hispanic, mid 20`s, 5`-9" to 6`0". medium build, bald, with dark clothing.

The Citrus Heights Police Department is seeking the community`s help in identifying the the suspect in the attached surveillance photo.

On 05-06-10, 8:11 PM, at the Walmart, 7010 Auburn Blvd., Citrus Heights, the suspect entered and paid for merchandise by passing a fictitious check while using a fictitious driver`s license under the name of Phillip Borgardt.

NEW INFORMATION RELEASED ON HIT AND RUN FATAL ACCIDENT

**REWARD**

           

On May 18, 2010, at approximately 12:20 a.m. the California Highway Patrol Communications Center received calls of a pedestrian wearing dark clothing walking in or about the traffic lanes on westbound I-80 east of Watt Avenue.  Two separate patrol units responded to the area and ran traffic breaks checking for the pedestrian and were unable to locate any.   No other calls were received on the pedestrian until approximately 5:30 a.m. when the CHP received reports of a body in the center divider.  Upon CHP arrival, they located a deceased male identified as Adan Brock, a 50 year old from Sacramento, lying near the concrete median wall of the center divider.

 

A PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION INDICATES THE PEDESTRIAN WAS POSSIBLY STRUCK BY A SILVER 2000 MERCEDES ML55 AMG SUV AND THROWN TO THE CENTER DIVIDER.  THE MERCEDES SHOULD HAVE DAMAGE TO THE LEFT FRONT HEADLIGHT AREA AND THE LEFT FRONT DRIVING LIGHT.

5/11/2010 - Crime Alert Tip # 10-026, Obtaining Cash under False Pretenses, SPD

The Sacramento Police Department is currently seeking help from the community to identify a suspect who scammed a citizen into purchasing a fake "gold" bar.

On 03-18-2010 at 5:30 PM, the suspect approached the victim in the Michael`s parking lot on Truxel Road with an opportunity to buy a "gold" bar.  The suspect told the victim she would be helping out his family who lived in Mexico, stating the bar was worth $15,000 but she could purchase it for $8,000.  The suspect accompanied the victim to her bank (J.P. Morgan) where she withdrew the money and gave it to the suspect in exchange for the "gold" bar.  The victim later discovered that the "gold" bar was fake and worth nothing.  The suspect is described as a male Hispanic adult, 60 years old, 5` 05" tall, 130 pounds, silver or graying hair, wearing a brownish "Tam" style cap, eye glasses held with a dark strap around his neck, white long-sleeved shirt, and light blue denim style pants.
