10/14/2014 - Crime Alert Tip #14-022, Armed Robbery Series, SPD

The Sacramento Police Department is Seeking the public’s help in identifying  this suspect.

This suspect is believed responsible for four armed robberies.  On each occasion, he entered the business, pointed a handgun at the employee, and demanded all the money from the register.  The following businesses have been robbed:

On September 12, 2014, Subway sandwich store located at 3645 Northgate Blvd.
On September 24, Carl’s Jr restaurant located at 899 El Camino Ave.
On September 28, Long John’s Silver restaurant located at 3298 Northgate Blvd.
On October 3, Carl’s Jr restaurant located at 3776 Northgate Blvd

Suspect is described as a White male adult in his 20s, 5` 08" to 5` 10" tall and weighing 170 to 180 pounds.  He has black hair and mustache.  He wore a black hoodie, dark hat and pants, and was armed with a black semi-automatic handgun.

The Sacramento Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying this suspect.

On May 16, 2014, the victim’s wallet was stolen.  Later that evening, a large purchase was made at the Costco on Stockton Boulevard.  On May 18, another purchase was made at Target in Rancho Cordova. 

Suspect is described as a White female adult who appears to be in her early 20s, with long brown hair.

The Sacramento Police Department is looking for the public`s help in solving this crime.

On September 14, 2014 at 9:00 pm Victim, Joseph Lee Stanley, (MB 20) was located on Franklin Blvd, just north of Whisper Wood Way.  Victim Stanley sustained trauma to his upper body and the circumstances surrounding his death are unknown. 

Per family members, Victim Stanley may have been walking home when the apparent assault occured foran unknown reason.

On August 31, 2014, the two pictured suspects stole a silver 1998 Honda Civic from the Arden Fair Mall parking lot.

9/2/2014 - Crime Alert Tip #14-017, Stabbings, SPD

The Sacramento Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying this suspect.

On Monday, August 18, 2014, a 61-year-old Asian man was walking on U Street near 10th Street when the suspect, walking in the opposite direction, stabbed him in the neck. The victim received a non-life threatening injury that was treated at an area hospital later that day.

On Monday, August 25, 2014, the same suspect is believed to have approached a second person in the area of 10th and T Streets. The suspect walked up behind the 75-year-old male victim and stabbed him in his neck. The victim was transported to an area hospital and has since been released after being treated for his injury.

The suspect is described as a male Black adult with a medium build and short black hair. He is believed to be between the ages of 30 to 50 years old, and 5 feet 7 inches to 6 feet in height.

Both victims in the above incidents are Asian men and detectives are not ruling out the possibility that the victims’ race or age were factors in the assaults.

The Citrus Heights Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying these suspects.

The crime began as a purse snatch on August 19, 2014, about 11:20-11:30 AM, in the Walmart parking lot, 7010 Auburn Boulevard, Citrus Heights.  After taking the purse, the credit cards and bank cards were removed from the purse and fraudulently used to purchase various items throughout Sacramento County.  The suspects have been linked to several other similar type crimes in the City of Citrus Heights.

The suspects are a black male adult, who is bald with a full beard and mustache and an unknown tattoo on his left arm and a black female adult who has many braids in her hair.  Both suspects appear to be heavyset.

The suspects may also be driving a primer gray 90s Honda.

8/14/2014 - Crime Alert Tip #14-016, Commerical Burglary, CHPD ATM

The Citrus Heights Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying this suspect.  

On August 11, 2014, at about 1050 PM, the suspect shown in the above photo broke into the housing area of the Golden One ATM located at 7342 Greenback Ln., next to the Ross clothing store.  
Suspect : Male White adult, 20’s, wearing a blue ball cap, red t shirt with unknown print on the front, white shorts and blue shoes.

The Sacramento Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying this suspect.

On July 14, 2014, a stolen credit card was used at a Shell Station located at Folsom and Power Inn Road.   The Suspects were driving a four-door dark green Lexus.

Suspect #1: Black female adult, in her early to mid-twenties, with long black hair.

Suspect #2: Hispanic female adult, in her early twenties.  She has a brown pony tail halfway down her back.

7/22/2014 - Crime Alert Tip 14-014, Theft of Access Card and Conspiracy, Citrus Heights PD

The Citrus Heights PD is seeking the public’s help in identifying these subjects.

Between June 14 and 15, 2014, these suspects entered Lowes in Citrus Heights with a stolen Lowes credit card, which was used to make 3 separate purchases by a series of different suspects.

Suspect #1: White male adult, brown hair with goatee, thin build, wearing white shirt and gray San Francisco baseball cap.

Suspect #2: White female adult, shoulder-length brown and bleached-blond hair, thin build, wearing black tank top.

Suspect #3: White male adult, short graying hair with goatee, husky build, wearing white T-shirt and glasses.

Suspect #4:  White female adult, just-past shoulder-length blond hair, wearing an orange shirt and glasses.

Suspect #5: Hispanic male adult, brown hair and goatee, wearing red “52” 49ers jersey, black shorts, black tennis shoes, and red “W” hat. Left ear is pierced.

Suspect #6: Possibly White or Hispanic male, brown or black hair, wearing white T-shirt and blue jeans.

The Sacramento Police Department is looking for the public’s help in identifying the individual pictured here.

On June 30, 2014, at about 10:54 AM, a Sacramento Police Department bait car was stolen in the North Sacramento area.  The suspect fled before he could be arrested. 

Suspect is described as a White or Hispanic male adult with long dark hair in a ponytail and with a dark beard.  He was wearing a white tank top.

6/17/2014 - Crime Alert Tip 14-012, Fatal Hit and Run, CHPD

The California Highway Patrol is looking for the  community’s help in identifying the persons responsible for this crime.

   On June 16, 2014, around midnight, victim DAVID VUE was riding his bicycle traveling westbound on 47th Avenue, west of Franklin Boulevard, in the County of Sacramento.  At that time, he and his bicycle were struck by a passing vehicle.  Following the collision, the suspect vehicle fled the scene.  VUE suffered fatal injuries as a result of the collision.

   The California Highway Patrol believes the suspect vehicle is a 2013-2014 Nissan Sentra, gray or silver in color, similar to the vehicle pictured here.

5/20/2014 - Crime Alert Tip #14-011, Hit and Run, CHP

The California Highway Patrol is looking for the community’s help in identifying the persons responsible for this crime.

In the overnight hours of May 13, 2014, Nathan CHAMBLESS (pictured here) was walking near the shoulder area of Colony Road, south of Arno Road, when he was struck by a vehicle.  The impact of the collision caused CHAMBLESS to suffer fatal injuries.  The suspect vehicle fled the area and has not yet been located.

The California Highway Patrol is currently investigating several tips that have been received, but is seeking further information regarding the collision or any recent contacts with victim CHAMBLESS.  Damage to the vehicle is unknown, but would be on the front bumper, hood, and windshield area of the vehicle.

5/6/2014 - Crime Alert Tip #14-010, Fatal Hit and Run, CHP

The California Highway Patrol is looking to the public for assistance with this investigation.     

On December 15, 2013, in the early evening hours, a white SUV was traveling eastbound on Fruitridge Road, east of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.  The white SUV struck and killed a pedestrian in the right-hand lane.  The suspect vehicle fled the scene without rendering aid or reporting the collision to the California Highway Patrol.

4/29/2014 - Crime Alert Tip #14-009, Burglary, CHPD

The Citrus Heights Police Department is looking for the community’s help in identifying the subject in the attached photo.

On March 27, 2014, between the hours of 8:30 AM and 9:20 AM, the victim left a vehicle parked and locked in the parking lot of 24-Hour Fitness, 6633 Auburn Boulevard, Citrus Heights.  An unknown suspect broke the rear vehicle window and grabbed the victim’s purse, without permission.

On the same date at about 9:20 AM, the victim’s SAMS Club membership card and credit card were used at SAMS Club to purchase a laptop.

The suspect who purchased the laptop appears to be a tall, thin, White male wearing a black and blue baseball hat.

4/15/2014 - Crime Alert Tip 14-008, Robbery, Walgreen`s CHPD

On March 25, 2014 at about 04:04 AM, the suspect entered the Walgreen`s on Greenback Lane and Dewey Drive and robbed the employee working the cash register of cash and several packs of cigarettes.  The suspect used an unknown type of handgun and knife to commit the crime.


He is described as a white male , 25 to 30 years old, 5`8`, medium build, wearing a gray-colored hoodie pullover, blue jeans and black shoes.  The suspect covered his face with a black colored cloth, possible a bandana, and appeared to be wearing colored latex or cloth gloves.
