The Sacramento Violent Crimes Task Force is looking for the community`s help for information leading to the identity of the person responsible for a bank robbery featured in the attached photo.

01-27-10, approx. 9:00 AM, an adult female walked into the Chase Bank at 4117 Elverta Road in Sacramento. She handed a threatening note to a teller which demanded money. The teller complied with the suspect`s demand. The suspect left the bank and fled through the parking lot.

Suspect is described as: Female White ( possibly Russian), 30 to 35 years old, 5`-8" to 5`-9" tall and weighing 140 pounds. She had brown hair, brown eyes, and was wearing a blond wig and reading glasses. She had a mole on her left cheek.    

The Sacramento Sheriff`s Department and the FBI are seeking the community`s help in identifying person responsible for a hate CRime in Sacramento County. In the early morning hours of Monday, 11-10-09, an unknown suspect trespassed at the Beth Shalom Synagogue, 4746 El Camino Avenue, Sacramento. The suspect started several fires  and sprayed anti-Semetic remarks in various areas (see attached photo) of the Synagogue. The suspect may be involved in other similar hate crimes that have occurred recently in the general area.

The suspect is described as a male White adult, approximately 5`-10" to 6`-2" tall wearing a "flight jacket" and dark jeans.

The Citrus Heights Police Department is looking for the community`s help for information .eading to the identity of the person responsible for a kidnapping and rape.

On 10-31-09, the suspect forced the victim into an older model, tan-colored pickup truck while she was walking in a residential neighborhood in Citrus Heights. The truck is described as dirty inside and out, very large, with a single bench seat. The suspect drove the victim to a nearby park, possibly Rusch Park, where he raped her. The victim escaped and was picked up by a newspaper delivery person and driven home. The victim is Spanish-speaking. The suspect may have dropped off two men just prior to assaulting the victim.

The suspect is described as a tall, light-skinned make with a medium build. He is approximately 26 years old with brown hair and a chin goatee, and has poor physical hygiene.

The attached photo looks similar to the suspect`s vehicle.

On 12-29-09, two unidentified  male suspects entered the Jack in the Box at 4128 Norwood Avenue in Sacramento. Both suspects jumped the counter and forced the employee at gunpoint to open the safe. Cash was taken along with a laptop and cell phone.

Suspect #1 is a male Black of Pacific Islander, 18-21 years old, 6`-0" to 6`-2" tall and 210-240 pounds. He had wavy black hair under a black hoodie, black pants and a white tee shirt over his face. He appeared to have white socks over his hands. He was armed with a black semi-automatic handgun.

Suspect #2 is a male Black or Pacific Islander, 18-21 years old, 5`6" to 5`-8" tall, 175-200 pounds. He wore a balck hoodie, white pants,  and a white scarf over his face.

The Citrus Heights Police Department is asking for the community`s help for any information leading to the identity of the persons responsible  for the robbery featured in the attached photo.

12-15-09 - Two unidentified Male Black Adults entered a local retail store and walked directly to the jewelry display case. One suspect used a hammer to shatter the display case glass, then both suspects grabbed several trays of jewelry and fled to a vehicle parked on the south side of the store.

Suspect #1 - MBA, 30, 5`-11", 210 lbs., clean cut short hair, thin sideburns, goatee, mustache, wearing a black shirt, black pea coat, blue jeans, and dark -colored slip on shoes.

Suspect #2 - MBA, 22-25, 5`8", 175 lbs., clean cut short hair, wearing a black baseball cap, puffy hooded black.gray Raiders coat with wide gray stripe across the back with a "Raiders" shield on the left chest and "Raiders" across the back, blue jeans.

Vehicle: dark blue over gray 4-door Tahoe, late 90`s model, stock alloy wheels, stock alloy wheels with both license plates attached    

The Sacramento Police Department is looking for the communities help for any information leading to the identity of the persons responsible for a series of three armed robberies of three separate Wing Stop Restaurants on three different dates.

S-1 MBA 18-21 yrs., 5`-7" to 6`-0", dark clothing, masked

S-2 MBA, 18-21 yrs., 5`-6" to 5`-10", dark clothing, masked

In each incident S-2 held a gun on employees while S-1 took the cash. In the second incident S-2 fired a round in the air of the restaurant during the robbery.

12-07-09, 8:50 AM. An unidentified MBA driving a a 1998 grey Ford Ranger P/U burglarized the victim`s vehicle in a business parking lot at 5600 & "H" Street.

Suspect: MBA, 6`-0", 200 pounds wearing a long sleeve plaid shirt.   

DRIVER SOUGHT IN FATAL HIT & RUN

The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the communities help in locating the driver of a vehilce that hit and killed a 4 year old boy. 

On Novermber 30, 2009 at 8:20 a.m., officers responded to the area of Northgate Blvd. and Wilson Avenue regarding a hit and run accident. Officers arrived and determined that 4 year old boy had been struck by a vehilce exiting the parking lot of Smythe Academy. The boy was on his way to school, riding his scooter, with his older brother and grandmother. The vehilce dragged the boy several feet before fleeing south on Northgate Blvd. Emergency medical personnel responded and transported the boy to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

The suspect vehicle (similar to the one in the attached photo)  is described as a 1995-1997 Nissan Maxima, dark red or burgundy with a black tinted rear window. Detectives believe that there may be minimal damage to the front of the vehilce. Below is a distant video clip of the suspect vehilce that was captured on a surveillance camera south of the accident scene.

The Citrus Heights Police Department is currently seeking any information that may lead to the identity of the person(s) responsible for the buglary featured below.

10-18-09 a large quantity of Antique Russian Gold Coins (Rubles) were stolen. The coins are dated from 1860 to 1902 and have the image of Czar Nicholas II on the front and the denomination and mint date on the back. Some of the coins were stacked in clear plastic containers, and others were in books with coin sleeves. The coins are in the following denominations;

120 Five Ruble gold coins
  80 Ten Ruple gold coins
    5  Fifteen Ruple gold coins
    5  7 1/2 Ruple gold coins

09-30-09, 2030 hrs. The suspect entered the Valero Gas Station at 8244 Auburn Blvd. He pulled a black, large frame pistol from his waistband and demanded money. No money was taken as the clerk refused to follow the suspect`s orders. The suspect laughed and stated, "Just kidding".

10-01-09, 1230 hrs. The same suspect entered the Harmony Day Spa and Massage parlor at 6039 Greenback Lane. Suspect again pulled a black, large framed pistol from his waistband and demanded money. Suspect reached into the cash drawer and took the cash and threatened to kill the clerk.

Suspect is described as a MW, 50-60, 6`-0 to 6`-2", red ball cap, blue jacket and a white long sleeved shirt under the jacket.

In both cases the suspect was seen on video leaving in a blue Mitsubishi 2/D with tinted windows and a spoiler on the rear trunk.  

09-21-09, 1034 hrs. The suspect entered the Citibank on Alhambra Blvd. He approached the teller and showed a demand note. Suspect ordered the teller. "Don`t make a noise". After getting the money the suspect fled on foot east bound on Granada past the fire station. 

The suspect is described as a: Male Black, 20`3 to 30`s, heavy set, wearing a dark shirt, sweat pants, t-shirt wrapped around his head, and dark Pumas sneakers with a white stripe. Suspect was also holding a red or pink cloth up to cover his face.      

The Sacramento Police Department Homicide Detectives are looking for the Community`s help for any information leading to the identity of the person(s) responsible for the homicide of Dominic CAMPOS.

09-30-09 approx. 0701 hrs. The Sacramento Police Department received a call to respond to the 2900 Florin Road, (Jiffy Lube) on a report of an unresponsive male, lying in a planter box. A 21 year old male victim was killed during the incident. Sacramento Homicide Detectives believe the suspect(s) in the murder may possibly live in the area.

On September 13, 2009 at approximately 0445 hours, CHP Sacramento Communications Center received a 911 call of a body lying in the roadway on Marysville Boulevard north of E Street.  Upon arrival emergency crews discovered a deceased female lying in the roadway in the southbound lanes of Marysville Boulevard.   A preliminary investigation suggests that the victim was struck by an unknown vehicle which fled the scene.  The victim has been identified as Hamaseu F. Siatunuu.  She is a 30 year old from Sacramento.

On May 25, 1996, Kristin Denise Smart was a freshman student at California Polytechnic State University near San Luis Obispo, California, and was 19 years of age. She was last seen just before 2:00 a.m. walking to her dorm room with Paul Flores, a 20 year old male student who reportedly had just met Kristin at an off-campus party a few blocks away. Both had reportedly been drinking alcohol. Flores has said that he separated from Kristin near his dorm room, and reported that she walked the short distance to her dorm room alone. Kristin did not return to her room and has not contacted family or friends since that time. She did not have identification, money or extra clothing when she disappeared. A reward of $75,000 is being offered for information regarding the whereabouts of Kristin or which leads to the criminal prosecution of any person involved in her disappearance.
