6/18/2013 - Crime Alert Tip 13-016, Armed Robbery, SPD

The Sacramento Police Department is looking for help in identifying the individual responsible for this crime. 

On April 19, 2013, at 10:25 AM, the suspect entered Advance America at 1015 West El Camino in Sacramento.  He was armed with a dark handgun and forced victims at gunpoint to give him the money inside the store.

The suspect is described as a Black male who appeared to be in his late 20’s.  He was between 5’ 08” and 5’ 11” tall and weighed about 140 pounds.  He wore an old dark cap and black leather jacket.

The Citrus Heights Police Department is looking for the public’s help in identifying the individual responsible for this crime.

On May 5, 2013, at approximately 5:05 AM, a suspect shattered the front glass door of the Chipotle Mexican Grill at 5851 Sunrise Boulevard and made entry into the restaurant/manager’s office.

The suspect is described as a white male, early to mid 30’s, about 5’ 10”-  6’ 0” in height, thin built, with short light brown hair wearing a zippered jacket, blue jeans, black gloves and shoes.  The suspect had a black backpack on the office floor.  The suspect had a receding hairline and a round bald spot in the middle of the back of his head.

On Friday, 5/24/13, at 11:09 PM, the Sacramento Police Department received a call of a shooting at 6125 Stockton Blvd (Carabay Apartments). The 51-year-old victim (see photo), Moises Pina was shot and killed during the incident. Detectives are looking for any information regarding the responsible suspect in this case.

The Sacramento Sheriff’s Department is looking for help in identifying the individual responsible for this crime. 

On May 10, 2013, at 12:45 PM, the suspect entered the Schools Financial Credit Union at 5210 Madison Avenue.  He used a note to demand money and fled with money from the credit union.

The suspect is described as a White male adult in his mid-30s, 6’ 01” tall, weighing 250 pounds.  He had red hair and a red goatee.  He wore a brown baseball hat with black logo on the left side, a black shirt, and jeans.

The Citrus Heights Police Department is looking for help in identifying the individual responsible for this crime.

On April 12 and April 16, 2013, this unknown suspect entered small businesses in Citrus Heights and asked to use the business restroom.  While in the business, the suspect stole phones, wallets, and purses from the business employees and patrons. 

The suspect is described as a White female adult, 20 to 30 years old, with long dark hair.

05-13-13  - Cancel this Tip. The Citrus Heights Police Department has been able to identify this suspect. 

This unknown White male adult entered the Kohl’s Department Store on April 24, 2013, between 4:15 and 5:06 PM and selected several pieces of merchandise.  The suspect exited the store without the items, re-entered the store, grabbed the merchandise, bypassed all open registers without paying, and fled the scene.  The total loss was approximately $882.98.

On April 5, 2013 at approximately 12:42pm, this suspect robbed the Tri-Counties Bank (inside Bel Air Market) at 3250 Arena Blvd. in Sacramento.

The Citrus Heights Police Department is looking for the public’s help in identifying the individual responsible for this crime.

On March 14, 2013, at approximately 3:20 PM, a suspect stole an electric welder from the Lowes at 7840 Greenback Lane, Citrus Heights.  This suspect has been stealing electric welders from Lowe’s Stores in the Sacramento area.

The suspect is described as a white male in his mid to late 20’s, wearing a dark ball cap with a “P.” 

The suspect has an accomplice, a white female driving a white 1992 Honda Civic.

The Sacramento Police Department is looking for the public’s help in identifying the individual responsible for this crime.

On April 9, 1977, the victim was on Santa Carlos between 13th and 14th Avenue when he was shot.  He initially survived but succumbed to complications from the gunshot wound on February 18, 2013.     

Suspect Vehicle: red or brown Ford Pinto.

2/27/2013 - Crime Alert Tip 13-007, Attempt Murder, SPD

SUMMARY

On Wednesday, January 30, 2013, at approximately 4:20 p.m., The Sacramento Police Department responded to Del Paso Blvd and Southgate Rd on a report of two subjects who had been stabbed. Officers arrived and found two female victims in their 20’s suffering from multiple life-threatening stab wounds.

At this time it is believed that an altercation occurred involving the occupants of two vehicles. The incident appears to have been a “road rage” that started in the area of eastbound Interstate 80 and southbound Interstate 5. The victims pulled over in the area of Garden Hwy and Northgate Blvd, exited their vehicles, and became involved in a physical altercation with the occupants of the second car. During the incident, the victims were stabbed multiple times. After the assault, the victims got back into their car, drove to the area of Del Paso Blvd and Southgate Rd and called the police. The suspects reportedly got back into their vehicle and were last seen heading north on Northgate Blvd. Detectives believe that Suspect #1 may be the mother of Suspect #2.

Suspect #1 (mother) is described as: female Hispanic in her mid 30’s to early 40’s, possibly goes by the name “Eliza”, approximately 5’6” to 5’7” tall and weighing 150 to 170 pounds. She has shoulder length dark hair with purple streaks. She is believed to stay in the Natomas area of Sacramento and possibly a student at Sacramento City College.

Suspect #2 (daughter) is described as: female Hispanic in her 20’s, approximately 5’5” to 5’7” tall and weighing around 230 pounds.

Suspect vehicle is described as a newer silver or gray Toyota van with tinted windows

The Citrus Heights Police Department is looking for the public’s help in identifying the individual responsible for this crime.

A burglary and auto theft occurred on Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, at approximately l0:45 AM in the 7500 block of Minnesota Drive.  The house gardener arrived and interrupted a residential burglary.  A television, silverware, and the gardener’s truck were taken from the residence.  The truck was later located near San Juan and Fair Oaks Boulevard at a park near the river.   

Suspect #1: the driver, a White male adult, about 30-35 years old, with dark, short reddish hair that was nicely groomed, and a goatee.

Suspect #2: a Black male, approximately late 20s to early 30s, about 5’ 09” with a medium build and tattoo across his chest.  The tattoo was described as having large letters which showed above the neck of his shirt.  One of the letters was possibly a “P” written backward or the number 9.  The suspect had a very deep voice.

The Sacramento Police Department is looking for the public’s help in identifying the individuals responsible for this crime.

On May 5, 2012, victim Jeremiah YOUMANS was visiting with extended family in the Strawberry Manor area of north Sacramento.  While Jeremiah was standing in the front of a residence, two unknown suspects approached on foot and fired several shots towards the residence and driveway.  Jeremiah YOUMANS was struck by the gunfire and died at the scene.  He left behind a wife and two young children.

The suspects are described as two Black males in their late teens or early twenties.

The Sacramento Police Department is looking for the public’s help in identifying the individual responsible for this crime.

On February 1, 2013, at approximately 2:45 AM, a hit and run collision occurred on 24th Street just south of Meadowview Road.  A white Chevrolet or GMC Z71 pickup truck stuck two pedestrians, which caused their deaths.  The vehicle fled the area after the collision.

The Police Department is seeking information on any white Chevrolet or GMC Z71 pickup trucks that have front end damage.

The Sacramento Police Department is looking for the public’s help in identifying the suspects shown in the photo above.

   The male and female suspects seen in the photo need to be identified and questions regarding a burglary.  They used the victim’s credit card shortly after the burglary at the Burlington Coat Factory on Florin Road, where they purchased a large amount of both male and female clothing.

1/8/2013 - Crime Alert Tip 13-001, Homicide, Citrus Hights PD

The Citrus Heights Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspects responsible for this crime. 

On 01-04-2013, the victim met the suspects for a drug transaction in the McDonald’s parking lot located at 7850 Lichen in Citrus Heights.  During the transaction, one of the suspects produced a firearm and shot the victim in the face, killing him.  The suspects then fled from the area in an unknown direction of travel in a dark green two-door Honda Civic with the left taillight out.  The vehicle was abnormally dirty, similar to having been driven in the snow. 
 
The suspects are described as two light-skinned Black or Hispanic males wearing dark hooded sweatshirts.  The shooter had light facial hair and short cropped hair.
