The suspect was identified and subsequently arrested on 05-27-09 for this crime by the Citrus Heights Police Department.

| | 4/27/2009 - Crime Alert Tip 09-013, Armed Robbery | The Sacramento Police Deaprtment robbery detectives are seeking any information leading to the identity of suspects responsible for the cannabis dispensary robberies.
On March 17, 2009, a customer was leaving a dispensary, located near the 3300 block of Broadway, when the suspects entered the business armed with revolvers, pistol whipped a worker, and stole marijuana and cash.
The suspect featured in the photo is described as a Black male adult, about 6`-0" tall, large build, wearing a black beanie cap, black hooded sweatshirt, white t-shirt underneath, dark jeans, and had a thin mustache.
Suspect #2 (no photo attached) is described as a Black male adult, 5`-10" tall, thin build, wearing a black beanie cap, light colored short sleeve button-up shirt with designed on it.
These suspects should be considered armed and dangerous.

Suspect was identified and arrested by the Citrus Heights Police Department
The suspect entered a business located in the 6200 block of San Juan Avenue. in Citrus Heights and passed a counterfeit $100 bill.

| | 3/30/2009 - Crime Alert Tip 09-012 , 211 PC, Bank Robbery | The FBI is seeking any information leading to the identity of the subject responsible for the robbery of a bank in Rancho Cordova, CA.
On April 28, 2008, a lone White male entered the bank. He brandished a handgun and ordered the bank manager to pit the employees into the break room. he suspect then went to different teller stations aand removed the cash from each station, putting it all into a briefcase. The suspect fled the bank on foot and was seen running out of the bank parking lot.
The suspect is described as: White male adult, 55-58 years of age, 5`6" to 5`8" tall, 180 pounds, wearing a white collared button-up style shirt and black sports coat.
He should be considered armed and dangerous.

| | 2/23/2009 - Crime Alert Tip 09-009, Home Invasion Robbery | The Sacramento County Sheriff`s Department Robbery Detectives are seeking any information leading to the identity of the subjects responsible for the home invasion robbery occurring on Rhine River Court in Rancho Cordova on January 11, 2009.
On Sunday January 11, 2009 two elderly residents living on Rhine River Court were victims of a home invasion robbery in which a wallet was stolen. Detectives determined the victim`s credit card was used at a Quik Stop convenience store on Antelope Road in Citrus Heights shortly after the robbery. The stores surveillance camera captured the images of the two subjects using the victim`s credit card who also matched the description of the robbery suspects.
One of the suspects is described as a white male adult in his 20`s, 5`7" to 5`10" tall with blonde hair. The second suspect is described as a white or hispanic male in his 20`s with short brown hair.

| | 2/23/2009 - Crime Alert Tip 09-010, Bank Robbery | Sacramento Police Department Robbery Detectives are seeking any information leading to the identity of the subject responsible for the robbery of the Bank of America located at 4740 Freeport Blvd.
On Tuesday February 17, 2009, at 2:44 p.m., the suspect entered the bank, approached a teller, produced a bag, and demanded money. After receiving the money the suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction.
The suspect is described as a hispanic male adult, late 20`s, 5`10" tall, 200 pounds, wearing a black and white baseball cap with an iron cross style emblem on the front, and a black jacket.

| | 2/9/2009 - Crime Alert Tip 09-008, Carjacking shooting | Sacramento County Sheriff`s Department Robbert Detectives are seeking any information leading to the identity of the subjects responsible for the carjacking and shooting of the victim.
On Saturday, January 31, 2009, 8:00 a.m. the victim was walking his dog along the American River Bike Trail just west of Sunrise Blvd. when he was confronted by two subjects. One subject pointed a gun at the victim and demanded the victim`s wallet and car keys. The subject then shot the victim once in the leg. The other subject took the car keys. One subject fled in the victim`s car and the other fled in a early 2000`s forest green Dodge pickup truck with oversize tires.
The suspect with the gun is described as a Hispanic male, 20-29 years old, 5`6", 200 lbs., stocky build. The other suspect is described as White male 20-29 years old, 5`10", 145 lbs., thin build.

| | 2/2/2009 - Crime Alert Tip 09-007, Bank Robbery | Sacramento County Sheriff`s Department detectives need the public`s help in identifying the suspect involved in the robbery or attempted robbery of banks in the Kiefer Blvd. and Elk Grove areas between November and December 2008.
The suspect is described as a Pacific Islander or Asian male between the age of 25 to 30 years-old, 5`5" tall, with a husky build. This subject should be considered armed and dangerous.

On Tuesday January 6, 2009, 10:25 a.m. the suspect entered the Bank of America, 2221 Douglas Blvd. Roseville, Ca, approached a teller and demanded money. After receiving the money the suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction.
The suspect is described as a white male adult, early to mid 40`s, 5`-8" to 5`-9". 170 pounds, brown hair, goatee, wearing a dark baseball cap, red jacket with hood and SF on the front. The suspect is possibly the same individual responsible for the Auburn bank robbery.

| | 12/8/2008 - Crime Alert Tip # 08-062, 220-211 PC, Attempted Robbery | Elk Grove Police Robbery detectives are seeking any information leading to the identity of the subject responsible for the attempted robbery of the Chevron Gas Station, 9615 West Taron Drive, Elk Grove.
On Saturday November 29, 2008, 5:34 a.m., the suspect approached the clerk, displayed a silver semi-automatic handgun and demanded money. The clerk responded that he didn`t have any money and the suspect fled the store.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic or Filipino male adult, early 20`s, 5`-2" tall, medium build with short dark hair, wearing an orange baseball cap, red-orange hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, light colored sports shoes, with a possible unknown style tattoo on his right forearm.

| | 12/1/2008 - Crime Alert Tip 08-061, 211 PC, Armed Robbery | The Sacramento Police Department Robbery detectives are currently seeking any information leading to the identity of the two suspects responsible for teh robbery of the Pizza Hut on El Camino Avenue on 11-13-08 and on 11-19-08 a Mountain Mike`s Pizza parlor on W. El Camino and a Wendy`s restaurant.
A surveillance photo from the robbery at the Pizza Hut on El Camino shows the suspects pointing a gun at an employee and demanding money.
Suspect #1 is described as a ale White adult, early 20`s, 5`-6" to 5`-9", 140-180 pounds, with blond crew cut hair, wearing a white "T" shirt, black jean pants with long grey patches, white T-shirt over his face and spoke with a Russian accent.
Suspect #2 is described as a male White adult, early 20`s, 5`-9", 180-200 pounds with dark hair, wearing a black and white jacket, dark jean pants and had a dark shirt over hisface, spoke in a Russian accent.

On Monday, November 26, 2007, at approximately 9:35 pm Sio Meng LAI, a 48 year old male victim, was walking home from his job at the Tea Cup Cafe, a few blocks away, when he was shot and killed in front of his apartment building in the 2100 block of 15th Street. LAI was struck with a single gun shot wound to his chest and pronounced dead about an hour later.
The Sacamento Police describe LAI as a hard working, everyday type citizen and SPD Homicide Detectives are seeking any information leading to the identity of the killer (s). Detectives are also seeking any information as to the reason or motive for the murder.

| | 11/17/2008 - Crime Alert Tip 08-059, Bank Robbery | Elk Grove Police Department Robbery Detectives along with FBI Agents are seeking any information leading to the identy of the person responsible for the attempted bank robbery of the Bank of America, 7707 Laguna Blvd., Elk Grove.
On Thursday, November 13, 2008, a lone Asian male armed with a semi-automatic pistol entered the bank, approached the teller, announced this is a robbery and demanded money. The teller refused and dropped to the floor. The suspect fled empty handed on foot.
The suspect is described as: Asian male adult, 20 to 40 years old, 5`-7", medium build, collar length bushy hair with a mustache and goatee.

| | 11/3/2008 - Crime Alert Tip 08-058, Murder | The Sacramento Police Department homicide detectives are seeking information leading to the identity of the subject(s) responsible for a homicide.
On 10-18-08 around midnight, victim Emanuel MICHEL, male Hispanic adult was leaving a party in Elk Grove, CA with several other friends as an unrelated fight broke out. The victim and his friends were followed to 2100 block of 57th Avenue by several unknown vehilces.
upon arrival at the above location, the suspects were denied entry into another party because they were unknown to the residents and trying to "crash" the party. The suspects began to threaten the vicim group and started yelling references to local area gangs. The suspects retrieved an unknown number of weapons from the trunk of one of their vehicles and fired rounds into the house. One of the rounds struck the victim in the head.
The vehilces involved are a 2003 silver Chevy Impala and an early 1990`s burgundy Buick or Oldsmobile with chrome luggage rack on the trunk.
